Questions, Setup Help or Missing Parts

If you have any questions about your Wedge Game, including setup, missing parts or anything that doesn’t seem quite right, please contact us before requesting a return.

Email us directly at sales@wedgegame.com and let us know what’s going on. Many issues are simple to resolve, and we’re happy to help.

We want you to enjoy your Wedge Game — and build a better short game!

Damaged Deliveries

If your Wedge Game arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately at sales@wedgegame.com and include photos of the packaging and any damaged parts.

We will either replace the damaged components or replace the unit, at our discretion. Either way, our goal is to make sure you receive a complete, fully functional Wedge Game.

2-Year Product Warranty

Your Wedge Game is covered by a 2-year limited product warranty against parts that break or tear during normal use.

If you experience an issue within two years of purchase, contact us with details and photos of the affected part. We will replace qualifying parts at our cost, at our discretion.

Wedge Game is designed for indoor and outdoor use, but it should not be left outdoors for extended periods of time. Please store your Wedge Game indoors when not in use.

Normal misuse, improper storage, weather damage, modification or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose may not be covered.

Returns

If your Wedge Game is unopened and still in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us before returning the product so we can provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Original and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Returned products must be complete and in their original condition. Any missing items or damage may be deducted from the refund.
