Questions, Setup Help or Missing Parts

If you have any questions about your Wedge Game, including setup, missing parts or anything that doesn’t seem quite right, please contact us before requesting a return.

Email us directly at sales@wedgegame.com and let us know what’s going on. Many issues are simple to resolve, and we’re happy to help.

We want you to enjoy your Wedge Game — and build a better short game!

Damaged Deliveries

If your Wedge Game arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately at sales@wedgegame.com and include photos of the packaging and any damaged parts.

We will either replace the damaged components or replace the unit, at our discretion. Either way, our goal is to make sure you receive a complete, fully functional Wedge Game.

2-Year Product Warranty

Your Wedge Game is covered by a 2-year limited product warranty against parts that break or tear during normal use.

If you experience an issue within two years of purchase, contact us with details and photos of the affected part. We will replace qualifying parts at our cost, at our discretion.

Wedge Game is designed for indoor and outdoor use, but it should not be left outdoors for extended periods of time. Please store your Wedge Game indoors when not in use.

Normal misuse, improper storage, weather damage, modification or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose may not be covered.

30-Day In-Home Trial — Love It or Return It

Try Wedge Game at home for 30 days. If it isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Returned products must include all original components, panels and accessories and be in reasonable condition from normal trial use.  Returned inside the original box.  

Once received and inspected, your purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method, less actual shipping costs.

If your Wedge Game arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right under our 2-Year Product Warranty.
